The reviewers are very thorough. There were not only three reviewers, but also two scientific editors who advised on the design and language of the article. Many of the grammatical errors in my first draft of the article were corrected by the editors and reviewers. The experimental method was not written in detail, so I was asked to describe it in more detail in my response. The article was accepted three days later.

The manuscript was overhauled 1.5 months later, and it was repaired half a month after the overhaul. It was less than one week after the minor repair.Not only will the reviewers give their opinions, the editors will be very serious, and they will also give their opinions, even more than the comments made by the reviewers, and it will be more difficult to resolve.Later, I also selectd for one, and the editor’s opinion did not pass. Finally, I was rejected, so I must be mentally prepared.

This journal is a journal of the American Food Institute (IFT). The quality requirements for manuscripts are still quite high. I selectd for one, and repaired it several times.This year's first issue was published.I also tried a lot of articles for this journal and I feel that it is still a very good journal.If you apply for membership, there is no review fee
