This journal falls into the review category. I recommend contacting the editor if you’re unsure if your manuscript is appropriate for publication in this journal – they have a lot of review issues that non-review papers can contribute towards. Overall, the quality of the articles is high. The impact factor has been above 5 in recent years. However, relatively speaking, the articles are narrowly focused and less timely since they are all reviews.
