This basic package includes the abstract and poster, with the options of adding data analysis, conference PowerPoint, and speech script. Once we receive your materials, our senior scientific editor will review them and assign the right specialists. The basic package involves two phases: abstract writing and poster creation. The first phase starts immediately once we receive all the necessary materials from you, and the second phase starts once you inform us that your abstract has been accepted by the conference for a poster presentation. During the second phase, you’ll receive an initial design and all relevant text for the poster within the specified turnaround time and can request revisions before approval. Once finalized, we proceed to production.
No, we cannot guarantee acceptance. However, we guarantee that the abstract meets the length, structure, and format requirements specified by the conference.
Congratulations! In most cases, abstracts accepted for oral presentations are also accepted for poster presentations. We will initiate the poster creation work, and you have the option to upgrade your order to include a professional conference PowerPoint and speech script. These add-ons are tailored for your audience and designed to match your abstract and poster content. In the rare cases where you choose to give only the oral presentation, but not the poster presentation, we are happy to credit the fee you already paid for poster creation toward creating the conference PowerPoint. Remaining balance will be charged.
