I personally think the average quality is similar to that of Compositio Mathematica and Proceedings of the London Mathematical Society, but slightly lower than Journal für die reine und angewandte Mathematik (Crelle's Journal). Reviewed 2020-05-26 19:13:54 It was the top journal in the past, and is not inferior to Ann. Sci. 'Ec. Norm. Supér. (4). The quality now is far worse than before, but it is a litter better than Composi and Selecta. Personal opinion: The article on the dynamic system is fine, but the variance is large. The submission process will be streamlined if your article is innovative – not so much for the opposite. There are many distinguished scientists that are editors for this journal, and most are well-established and active in their research fields. As a result, the reviewers are often experts in the field and generally very familiar with the research that is submitted.
