Reviewed 2018-12-20 20:33:54 The review period is long, about 4-6 months. I feel the difficulty of getting papers accepted is moderate. Because it is in the field of engineering management, I feel that it matches my field well. The editors and reviewers are nice; maybe it’s my good luck. But it is really slow.
