According to requirement of the speed for the reviewers requested by the journal, I thought the comments of the reviewers had been returned to the editor, but it was delayed for 2 weeks without the return of the review result; 9.14, rejected directly. I contacted with the editor and found that it was not sent for external review at all; it was with the editor for 2 weeks. And the reason for rejection was that this journal would consider articles with higher level. It may be because the impact factor of this journal broke through 3 in 2020, (the editor of) this journal no longer accepted articles with low values. In short, it feels bad, it is a waste of mood and time.
