I don’t know why this journal is so popular, I feel that there are quite many people submitting articles. I saw on XiaoMuCong, the registered user introduced this journal that it was a new journal, and it should be easy to make articles published on it. So, I submitted one article to it in 2016, there were three rounds of revision in total, and finally it was accepted. The impact factor is low for the time being, and the time is long, I feel that it takes patience to submit.

I have reviewed several papers for this journal and feel that more and more papers are submitted here. The quality of the papers is reasonably good, but it seems that the acceptance rate is indeed a bit low. The last two papers I gave comments for major revision but the editor rejected the paper. However, the speed of review at this journal should be fast, because I was always requested to return the review comments within one month.

Submitted in May and only accepted in November, it is now changed to an OA journal. However, some institutions can reimburse all publication fees, and it is also possible to apply for a full waiver or discount of publication fees. Retrieval takes a long time. Surprisingly, it is still not indexed in EI.
