I had a bad experience with this journal. Waited 4 month for the first round and then 3 months for the second round. Reviewers almost accepted the paper but the editor said no because the English grammar errors had not been checked by a native Speaker. 3rd round with an editor and ...rejected due to a stupid reason.

Negative review! How can an open-access journal be so slow? If I had known, why did I spend so much money? Regular journals are faster than you!

From submission to receiving the reviewer's comments took 40 days. The minor revisions suggested were reasonable, and I felt the speed of the review process was acceptable. Although it is an open-access journal, the number of articles published annually is not high, so the quality should still be good.
