The first paper I submitted here was rejected after a 10 month-long initial review. My second paper, the first review took one and a half months. The result of the first review was conditional acceptance, and I was given two months to revise the paper. I completed the revision in one month. The second review took half a month and my paper was accepted. Judging from my experience with these two papers, this journal is not of low quality. The review at this journal is rigorous.
