Reviewed 2018-12-25 10:29:58 June 27 submitted, but because I had to apply for membership, the review did not start until August 16. Two reviewers, one of whom returned the comments on September 16; then we had been waiting for the second reviewer to return the comments. After three months had passed, I wrote a letter to the publisher, but I didn’t think it worked. Later, I found the editor's email address and sent an email, and the review was completed the next day. That was already December 7. The next step was English quality check, so I thought I had a chance. On December 25, I got a rejection letter, and the editor also gave some comments. In short, you must send out reminders, and send it to the editor handling the paper, because the office's unified mailbox is useless. Now I couldn’t decide whether to re-submit the paper here.
