The experience of submitting articles to this journal is super bad. If you have any questions about the guidelines for web submission, you will not be replied if you inquire. It was submitted in the early July, but there was no news. In mid-September, I sent an email to ask about the results, which led to the rejection. The comments to me were like those written by a graduate student, and I didn’t understand them. He said that I didn't give an account of the information on which to select indicators.
