Submitted on September 20, 2015. Now 3 months have passed, and the paper is still in the “Reviewers assigned” state. We have sent three emails to the editorial office. The first one they replied but the next two no reply at all. Anyone who needs a paper soon, don’t submit here. Comments by others: 1. I received a reply from the editorial office today, told me to revise and re-submit. I submitted the manuscript on July 1, and afterward I had asked about the paper 4 times and was always told to wait. Only on November 1, I received the comments of the first round of review. However, the reviewers gave their comments as early as July 21, so you can see how long it was delayed by the editor. This journal does not respect authors, and often takes 3 or 4 months to reply to authors. The decision was revision and re-submit, what a waste of time! Students who are eager to publish their papers must not submit here. Its impact factor is not high, and they are particularly irresponsible to the authors. A painful lesson for me. 2. This journal is very slow. It was fast in the past few years. In recent years, the editors have been particularly irresponsible. The first review could take months, so everyone, do not submit here. 3. Slow journal, do not submit. The review was super slow, even though it used to be quite fast. It’s been 4 months since my submission, and I still haven’t received the comments from the initial round of review. I emailed the editor a few times but got no reply. Don't submit here if you need a paper soon. 4. Too slow, do not submit here. The first review could drag on for a few months. It wastes your time, and the impact factor is not high.
