I just checked this journal, Adv Nonlinear Analysis, on the website. 2013, 18 articles; 2014, 24 articles; 2015, 21 articles; 2016, 22 articles; 2017, 23 articles; 2018, 38 articles; 2019, 65 articles; 2020, 79 articles. However, some top journals in mathematics, such as the Journal of the American Society (JAMS), only publishes about 20 articles per year. Obviously, this journal cannot reach the level of JAMS. Good journals in the field such as Journal of Differential Equations (JDE) have about 500 articles per year, and Journal of Functional Analysis (JFA) has about 200 articles per year. I don’t know why someone said it would be too much to expand from 20 to 80. I submitted it to this journal because of the recommendation of my supervisor, who said that many articles in this journal were good and it had a good reputation. But the two manuscripts were rejected, without review. I guess the editor conducted a strict preliminary review. In fact, the articles we submitted were good as they were accepted by other good journals later. And we will submit better work in the future, but today I see someone said that it is easy to publish here, which I feel very misleading.
