I sincerely advise you not to submit to this disgusting journal. After four months of review, they rejected my paper. The reason given was that the opinions of all reviewers were not very positive. However, in reality, the first reviewer's opinion was positive and recommended acceptance; the second reviewer rejected it; the third reviewer provided 6 or 7 suggestions for revision. I really don't understand what the editors of this journal are thinking. It's a waste of time. Perhaps they have some hostility towards mainland China from Hong Kong, or maybe it's just really difficult to get into their circle.

From submission to receiving the editorial comments, it took a total of one month and seven days. The process was very fast, even faster than many open-access journals. There were five reviewers, with four major revisions and one rejection. The rejection was from the editor. Although it is a second-tier journal, the standards are quite high. Overall, the reviews were thorough, except for the one that led to rejection. I will continue to submit to this journal if I have appropriate papers in the future.
