Reviewed 2019-07-03 10:14:04 This is a sub-journal of the previous ASCE series of traffic, which is highly recognized by the field engineering and technology. Many practical articles were published. But the IF is medium due to small number of citations. The readers of the journal are mainly engineers, who write few articles. But it is highly recognized in the field. In the field of transportation, it is second only to the TR series, the three IEEE journals, Trans and Trans Science and other major journals. They are much better than those established in Hong Kong and those under-branded. After all, ASCE is one of the first-level industry associations in the field of civil engineering in the United States (same as IEEE and ACM). The journal has a great name, and it’s optimistic to have a good development in the future. The first review took two months, and 7 months from submission to publication, which is relatively fast.
