2 months for the initial review, 3 reviewers, and their comments were very professional. The paper was improved a lot after we revised it according to the comments. The originality of the study and experimentation are very important. This journal covers a wide range of topics, including electronics and optics in the terahertz field, as well as applications of terahertz in biomedicine and materials analysis. The journal publishes one issue in two months and more than 10 articles per issue. When I submitted to it at the beginning of the year, I thought it was not an SCI journal. The impact factor was released after our paper was accepted, which was unexpectedly high. The difficulty of publication remains to be seen.
