I submitted the manuscript on July 14. I was replied and asked to make major revision. There were 2 reviewers, one was the expert in the field, and the questions focused on the main shortage of the article. The other one was not professional, and focused on parts of the results. It was resubmitted after a careful revision on October 18. The result of second review came out on October 23, minor revision was required. The expert in the field was relatively satisfied (I initiatively quoted some of his article), and raised more detailed questions. The other one accepted it to be published. The minor revision was submitted on October 28. It was accepted on October 30, and $2100 was paid. I pretended to publish a meaning article, but unexpectedly, I encountered an expert from an internationally ranked top ten university (who mainly published articles on top journals in Q1 or Q2), who raised many sharp questions. I feel that the article has indeed improved a lot.
