The first article of mine has just been accepted, and I am here to share my experience. General review: The review cycle is long, the editor is serious and responsible, and the review comments are quite pertinent. First review: 3 months. Reviewers: 3. It is relatively easy to be accepted in this journal. The editor-in-chief is Taiwanese, the reviewers are estimated to be mostly domestic, and the requirements for English are not very high. If your time is abundant, this Q3 journal is still worthy of submission.

The initial review cycle is relatively long. This is the first article I submitted, but others have all been accepted, and it is still under review. The editor is very good, responsible and nice. But the pending decision took a month, and it may also be caught in the Christmas and New Year's Day. A great aspect about this journal is that you can recommend reviewers to the editor. I recommended a few reviewers for my last submission, but I can’t say if the editor moved forward with my recommendations based on the reviewer’s comments. The review cycle can be long; the entire cycle is about a year and a half from submission to publication.
