Students who are anxious to graduate should never choose this journal (the homepage said that you will get a reply within one month after submission, but don't believe it). 2) If you want to ask for progress of the manuscript or ask the editor any questions, you must copy to the editorial office, the editor-in-chief, and all the email address you can find (Here’s my experience: if you only asked the managing editor, just as I did for the first 5 emails, it would be completely ignored. I got a reply after copying it to everyone). Advantages: The editors are relatively easy to communicate with, such as when I required extra time to make revisions. (It might be related to the decline trend of the journal). To sum up: For some students who are not in a hurry, you can choose this journal.
