A very bizarre submission experience, the first time edited and reviewed by two knowledgeable experts, who pointed out some small issues for revision. After minor adjustments, the feedback was mostly positive.
The editor may have felt it was too easy, so submitted to two more experts. One pointed out some issues that could be fixed, while the other, who wasn't very knowledgeable, raised some unprofessional questions, leading to major revisions. The editor ultimately sided with the less knowledgeable expert and rejected the submission! Ridiculous!!! Another possibility is that it's almost Chinese New Year, and the editor is busy going home and doesn't want to work overtime. Ha ha ha. The process is fast, worth learning from

The review process is fast. The paper was sent for external review just a few days after submission, and the review came back in less than a month. One reviewer gave very positive feedback and hardly any changes were needed. The other reviewer raised over ten questions and showed a tendency to reject, but the kind editor gave me the opportunity for major revisions. After twenty days of modifications, the reviewers did not raise any major issues, and the editor accepted the paper. Thanks to the editor-in-chief.

The review speed is quite fast! Submitted on August 17th; revised on September 9th, with a 3-week revision period, extended by myself for another half a month. Submitted again on October 14th. Accepted directly 3 days later.
