Sharing experience: A super rubbish journal, submitted the manuscript in early December last year, received a response in early May, followed up twice in between, and was eventually rejected!!! The opinion of one reviewer said that it was suitable for publication, the content was novel, but there was a slight grammar issue, suggesting to make some adjustments in the discussion, and the reviewer provided detailed suggestions for modification. The other reviewer said they didn't understand the analysis method, and it was evident from the questions raised that it was not their research direction. However, they did not explicitly reject or accept it, but just gave some rough suggestions for modification. The response from the editor stated that the manuscript was rejected based on the reviewers' opinions!! Speechless!!
