Almost all academically reviewed free submissions that meet the publishing requirements need to be returned to the authors for revisions before publication. This includes modifying the language and editing format, such as compressing the length of the article, redesigning tables, improving the quality of illustrations, and limiting the use of irregular abbreviations. However, returning the manuscript to the authors for revisions does not mean that the article has been accepted. The final acceptance of the article depends on whether the author's modifications to the key content and expression meet the requirements of the reviewers and editors. 

Materials typically returned to authors for revisions include the original manuscript, reviewers' comments, and a covering letter from the editor. Upon receiving the revised manuscript, authors should carefully read the covering letter and reviewers' comments. Authors should then consider whether they are able or willing to accept the suggestions of the reviewers or editors and make necessary modifications. The likelihood of the article being accepted can be seen from the response of the editor and reviewers' comments. Revisions should not be rushed, and authors should read and understand the reviewers' questions carefully. Each of the reviewers' comments should be addressed individually (response to reviewer 1, 2, 3), specific changes made in the revised manuscript should be noted (page, lines), and a letter to the editor should be sent thanking them for their suggestions and explaining any areas where modifications were not made
