Reviewed 2017-11-06 16:03:52 Two months after the submission, we got the review comments, major revision. Spent one month and one week to revise the paper and then submitted. Another one and a half months later, second round of review completed, minor revision. Spent two weeks revising the paper and then submitted again. Accepted on the same day.
