Given the diversity and complexity of biology, it is not a problem to have different results and publish them, as scientific research itself allows and encourages questioning, supplementing, and improving previous knowledge, and even overturning it. When writing a paper, we need some strategies, focusing mainly on two points: presenting materials and methods and results truthfully, especially highlighting discrepancies with others, in detail; in the discussion section, addressing contradictions, comparing similarities and differences with predecessors, and attempting to provide reasonable and effective explanations
