This journal doesn't know what's wrong now. Very slow, very slow...............In the year 21, it was pretty good, very quick processing, very quick review. In October of 22 during National Day, I submitted an article, which was a promotion for someone else's work. The editor kept it for 5 months, reviewed it for a month, for a total of 6 months. Unfortunately, during those 6 months, someone else promoted the same work, overshadowing mine. In the end, I had to give up on that article

This journal is a well-established journal in computational mathematics with a good reputation in the industry. In recent years, it has published an average of about 300 articles (which can be considered moderate). However, its ranking is not very good. It used to be consistently ranked as a third-tier journal, but the latest distribution released in December 2022 dropped it to the fourth-tier. In terms of article processing speed, it has been getting slower. When I submitted an article in 2020, it took three months for the first review, one month for revisions, and another month before acceptance. I submitted another article on October 1st this year, and it was assigned to an editor on October 6th, but until today, it is still assigned to the editor. I hope for a positive outcome.
