The review period is quite long. First review was relatively fast, about 1 month, major revision. The second review was slow, about 3-4 months, minor revision. After the minor revision, I waited for another one and a half months before it was accepted. My impression is that the editor takes a long time to make a decision. The time for reviewers to return their reviews was quite short. I am still waiting for the email asking for the publication fee. Don't know how long I’ll have to wait.

The submission was made in early May and was rejected in mid-November. It went through five reviewers, with the fifth one providing the most feedback before ultimately rejecting it.
