The third paper submitted in 2024, the first two papers were accepted in about three months, but the third paper is moving very slowly. Submitted on April 22nd, external review started on May 10th, and the official website shows that the reviewer's report was received on May 17th, but it is still in the peer review status. Sent several emails to the editor but received no response. A bit speechless!
