Please do not submit this magazine, I submitted on 4.15, the technical review passed on the same day, but it took a month to be sent for review. During this period, there was no news, and after another month, it was rejected without any constructive feedback. The only reply was unoriginal, and unoriginal responses could have been given earlier. This journal is very tricky, everyone should be careful. Submitted on 5.23, passed initial screening on 5.24, assigned editor on 6.6, and invited 4 reviewers on 6.7. Everything was normal at first, but it became very strange later on. The four invited reviewers never responded, and the status remained as "4 Reviewers Invited" for over a month, without any further invitations. We proactively emailed the journal, fearing they couldn't find reviewers, and recommended some reviewers. The managing editor replied quickly, saying the email had been forwarded to the handling editor. We followed up twice, but the managing editor kept responding with generic replies, saying the email had been forwarded. After waiting for a month and a half with no changes in status, we found the emails of the two chief editors of the journal on PubMed and emailed them directly, hoping to speed up the handling process. However, we have received no response so far. We then emailed the complaints email of BMC journal, complaining about the handling editor and hoping for a replacement. The complaints email said they would contact the chief editors to resolve the issue. After waiting for over a week, we received a rejection email. It turns out our handling editor was one of the chief editors, who said our study, despite having over a decade of clinical data, was a single-center study, and since the reviewers did not respond, it meant our article was not of interest and had to be rejected. Therefore, the logic of this journal's editor is that if reviewers do not accept review invitations, it means readers are not interested, and the article is not suitable for publication
