Reviewed 2018-11-28 16:19:33 A new journal of less than 2 years from Wiley's.1. Please note: This journal does not have a proper submission system; that is, you can’t register an account on https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/climatechange. Therefore, I don't know how whoever said they published here submitted their paper.2 After contacting the customer service of the Scrione platform, I was told that the journal only borrows their submission platform. In fact, the editors of the journal communicate with other experts they know in private, and then decide whose paper to publish, so outside contributions will not be accepted. 3 I emailed the editor-in-chief of this journal, and the answer was that they do not accept contributions from authors in China.
