Reviewed 2021-05-19 14:17:26 Posted on August 2, 2020, after 5 months of waiting, I sent a reminder for the first time, but there was no response. Then, after another 2 months, I sent another reminder, and they responded saying that they lacked staff and were still looking for judges. Me: ... Just last month, my supervisor's previously submitted paper got the result. A year ago, they gave the feedback that the topic didn't match and rejected it directly. It's unbelievable that they kept it for almost a year just to reject it for not matching the topic. At least they should have reviewed it earlier to avoid wasting other people's time, right? ...
