Reviewed 2013-08-09 16:53:00 Everyone should be familiar with this journal. For a while, people speculated whether it would be removed from the SCIE list. Now looks like it is still in SCIE, and the impact factor is not high (less than 1). The publication fee is not low ($1200).The quality is medium. See previous discussions on muchong.com.
