OSA is a good journal in the field of biomedical science. In addition, OSA Prism system is great; all review status is updated in real time. During the peer review stage, one reviewer returned the comments soon, but the other  took 2 months to return the comments. One reviewer accepted and the other asked for revision. The editor asked for major revision; after I resubmitted, it was accepted in one week. Overall, a smooth experience.
