I didn't expect it to be so slow!!! I submitted the manuscript in July last year, received the first round of reviews in April this year, made minor revisions within 2 weeks, and felt pretty satisfied with my revisions. Review Speed: 12.0 | Submission Acceptance Rate: 50.0 Experience Sharing: Very slow, the whole process took almost a year. Surprisingly, there were 3 or 4 rounds of revisions. The first round was the reviewer's comments, and the rest were all from the editor. No matter how minor the errors were, it took a month to receive a response after revising. However, the acceptance and publication process was lightning fast. It felt like as soon as the payment was made, the article was online the next day, and on PubMed the day after.
