Received 23 February 2018; Revised 14 April 2018; Accepted 23 April 2018; Published 30 April 2018. The review at this journal is generally about six weeks. The review after a major revision is about one week, even faster after a minor revision. Try to pay as soon as possible after acceptance, then wait for the proofing step, and choose not to reconfirm after online proofreading; this will make the paper be published soon. Generally, which ever paper is typeset first will be published first, so basically you don’t need to wait for your turn, which is nice. A month after that, the paper would be searchable. The reviewers are more professional and stricter now than two years ago. The only advantage is that papers with only simulation results can be published, which is easier.
