2017-5-17 Submission, which is a mail submission, during which the review is repeated numerous times, and occasionally there are responses, but most of them are automatic responses from the system.Then, even the automatic reply did not.2017-10-19 Editor-in-Chief said that he did not see the submission email...At that time, it was already submitted for five months..Holding a glimmer of hope to re-send the manuscript to the editor, there is no news for the next three months...Repeatedly emailing the editor, no feedback...So I found the mailbox of the owner of the homepage, one by one, and did not hope to receive the draft when the notice was received...2018-1-23 Received incoming mail..
