The initial review had feedback from only one reviewer, prompting major revisions from the author. Before the second review, the reviewers had not been receiving the manuscript. After Christmas, the editor invited new reviewers, but so far the new reviewers have not accepted the manuscript. Now the editor is very worried that the manuscript will be rejected directly because they cannot find reviewers. It has been nearly five months, and it is really exhausting.

The efficiency of the publisher is very high, my submission took longer because of slow revisions, always pushing the deadline, but the responses from the publisher were very fast, the fastest being less than 24 hours, highly recommend submitting to this journal, even if rejected, the first round of feedback can be received within a month, not wasting too much time. 
Note: Submitted via corresponding author's email, used my teacher's email, read other people's experiences in forums before submission, included all original data as supplementary data in the first submission
