I have been learning from everyone's submission experience and gained a lot. Fortunately, one of my articles was accepted recently, so I also hope to share it with you, I hope it can be helpful. Judging from the previous publication information, Wear has a long period from submission to acceptance, so I want to have a try. I submitted it on around March 6, and it was sent for review after with editor for about one month. (Reviewers were invited since around April 6.) Under review lasted about two weeks. Two reviewers sent the opinions back. Ready for decision lasted one week. Opinion of major revision was given in about mid and late April. I did not resubmit the revision until June 16. (It was almost the deadline.) Then, with editor lasted 5 days, and it was sent for external review. It took about a week for external review, it entered the status of ready for decision, and the status lasted about 31 days. It was finally accepted on July 31. During the period of review and replying comments, I encountered many issues. Regardless of whether the comments are positive or not, thank you very much for the help of the two reviewers and the very responsible editor. THANKS.

The people who are in charge of the Chinese Academy of Sciences division, do business openly and fairly, stop hiding and pretending to be fair.
Everyone else is 25% in one division, but you are only in the top 5%.
Even journals like Wear are only in the second division, while certain journals that are completely from domestic teams and have surface-level articles are in the top division.
