After reviewing the manuscript for less than two weeks, they raised a lot of comments and questions in the first review. There was a total of four reviewers, they all were responsible for their comments, and the questions asked were also in good level and quite professional. It was revised for nearly a month (due to the relatively long time for language editing), and the article was published within a few days of the second revision, which shows the high efficiency of the journal.

The first round of review is 4-6 weeks, and the second round takes about the same amount of time. The good thing about this journal is that the editor really knows the technical stuff and will help revise the paper.

In 2024, I had two consecutive acceptances. In 2025, I submitted again and was rejected by the desk editor consecutively. The reasons given were lack of novelty, innovation, and impact, all the same reasons. Looking at the recent articles published, most are from abroad and the quality is just average! Quite a few are even worse than mine! They didn't even send them for review! This ** journal is now blacklisted!
