It has been accepted. The proposal was approved after one month, and then it was required to submit the manuscript. The review comments were received one month after the paper was submitted. After about one month of revision, the revised manuscript was submitted online, and it got accepted the next day. Is this not a good journal? I feel a journal that publishes only review papers usually has a very high impact factor, but even though this journal only publishes review papers, the IF is lower than 7. This seems strange to me.

Received an email 7 days after submitting the proposal, informing that it has been forwarded to the editor for processing (recommended by myself), and received a reply 7 days later, with the same submission. 
Submitted the full text a week later, and within an hour it was under review, sent to 4 reviewers. 
Hope the pace will be faster in the future.
