Can this journal accept articles on laboratory experiments?

Submission in January, acceptance by the end of May. There were two rounds of revisions in between. As I am engaged in comparative analysis of models, the experts mainly suggested incorporating some machine learning algorithms and highlighting the advantages of the models. However, I disagreed with one point where the experts asked me to include a literature review table, as I felt it was unnecessary.

Basically, it takes half a month to one month, but usually it takes one month for the editor to process it, and then they will ask you to refine the language or check the document again, which takes another month. Then they will send you an Accepted email, and it takes another month to sign the copyright agreement, Proof, and Online. Each step takes about a month in the editor's hands.

Additionally, it usually requires revisions to be completed within 14 days. However, each stage typically takes around one month in the hands of the editor. Personally, I believe this is to control the overall submission-to-publication time. There are only around 250 articles published each year. The review process is quite fast, usually taking around 10 days. From submission to online publication takes around 4 months, while it takes approximately 1 year for the formal issue to be published with a volume and issue number.
