Reviewed 2012-08-30 07:31:00 The review process dragged, I thought that the letter would be fast, but I had to remind them three times in three months. The result is rejected! The review comments are highly subjective. In addition to pointing out capitalization and one or two spelling mistakes throughout the article, there was not much guidance.
