How long does it take with the editor?

Submitted an article on May 1, 2024, with three reviewers accepting the review, only one providing feedback. After waiting for over three months, it should be the editor's turn to review. Two weeks later, the article was accepted without revisions. Overall, the journal has a large volume of submissions, with lower difficulty compared to JBJS.
