Reviewed 2022-09-11 09:56:45 The speed is quite fast, and the reviewers and editors are very careful. The first review took more than two months, and it required major revisions. After returning, it was sent to other experts, which took another two months for minor revisions. Two waves of experts held opposing views on a small issue, but each time the revisions were made according to the reviewers' opinions. After the minor revisions, the editor-in-chief may have had enough and made the final decision on this small issue, which was accepted within 5 days upon the return of the minor revisions.
