2018.7.9 Submission, 7.25 first opinion, two reviewers, one praised the manuscript, one asked for minor revisions, two questions asked, one requiring a major overhaul.  Twenty-two questions, one of which also contained many small problems. Time from first edit to overhaul, ten days. After a week of rework, the 8.21 review returned with the second version.
