Everyone, you must be cautious when submitting to this journal. I submitted the article in April, it was in the hand of editor Jitendra Bera, and it was rejected on October 10. It took 5 months and a half, there was no review comment when the manuscript was rejected. During the period, I sent three reminder letters at the third, fourth and fifth month. In the former two replies, I was told that no decision could be made because there were no consistent comments. There is no reply to the last reminder letter, and a rejection letter was received in a few days. It's too bad, it is a delay! No wonder someone asked how to complain to this journal. I don't know if my experience is an individual phenomenon, but you must think about it when you submit to this journal.

Submissions to this journal are fast and slow. However, the review cycles are generally with one to three months. It may depend on the importance of the manuscripts. Our research group recently published two articles in succession. There was only one day difference in the acceptance time of the former article and later one. The impact factor of this journal has stabilized at 3.0; the next thing to do is to try to get in Q2. The overall quality was ok, and the reviewers’ comments were relatively objective. Worthy of attention. This journal does not engage in membership system, and can treat manuscripts fairly. There is no lecturers in our research group who in charge of publication and record. All of the submitted manuscripts were sent for review, and finally accepted after major revision. Unlike some journals, it's very dirty to judge whether articles are accepted or not from relationship.

I have submitted a manuscript, which is under review for the last THREE months and I remined the editor for two times, but no reply. I think, this Journal, somehow, show irresponsibility in maintaining the review process, which causes a waste of the author’s time. The editors are advised to look into this serious matter and maintain a clear cut review policy.
