Think carefully for submission!!! After several months for the first review, the reviewer 1 gave several comments for revision, but the reviewer 2 did not have many comments. In accordance with the opinions, we carefully revised it and the second review lasted for three months without any news. I wrote to the editor and politely urged it. It turned out the Reviewer 2 gave no comments, and Reviewer 1 rejected it directly on the grounds of insufficient novelty!!! It was unbelievable! This was the first time I encountered such kind of journal. It delayed for nearly a year, and rejected the manuscript because of the urging.

Received at Editorial Office, 16 Sep 2018. Revision Requested, 12 Nov 2018. Article Revised, 5 Jan 2019. Article accepted for publication, 11 Feb 2019. I think this is an OK journal. I read a few articles about SPIC before submitting. I feel that, although it is not necessarily the current research content, the articles are very detailed, comprehensive, and  specific, and the innovation is pretty good. It feels better than some SCIE articles in the second district. The first review took a month, faster than I thought, the questions raised were sharp, and it was revised and submitted over two months. One month later, the article was accepted.

The latest results have come out. I submitted the manuscript on August 7th, 2024, revised it on March 19th, 2005, and sent the revised comments to the editorial department on May 18th, 2005. Currently, it is under review process. I hope to have a good outcome soon. However, I have already graduated with a master's degree...I thought I could avoid the blind review, this journal is too slow, I really need to be cautious in the future.
