Textile SCI journals have relatively low impact factors. 3 months review, minor repair, 5 months after that to acceptance. The journal belongs to the Japan Fiber Society and it is also an authority in Japanese textile journals. Only a few research articles are published in each issue, in both Japanese and English. There is no online submission system, must use email for submission. One of the characteristics of this journal is that it is not the editors of the journals who contact you, but their special editors. Email reply is very timely. The journal doesn't charge a page fee, but it seems that I have to buy a certain number of journals based on the number of pages.
