Reviewed 2021-11-06 11:18:43 May 2020 submission. I followed up once and received a reply saying that they only received comments from one reviewer and needed to wait for others. It has been a year and a half, and I still haven't received the first review comments. The efficiency of domestic journals is really worrying. Either reject or provide comments, be straightforward.
