It is needed for graduation. Category C in CCF recommendation. I am lucky to have two articles accepted by this journal. The time taken was not the same: It took 8 months for the first article and about 3 months for the second one. They were accepted after revision. There were not too many questions. As far as my experience is concerned, as long as you make serious revisions and responses, the article can basically be accepted. The difficulty is not great, but the fee is relatively high.

This is a very slow journal. One of my papers was submitted in April 2013 and it took 1 year. In March 2014, I received the first reviewer’s opinion, overhauled, and then submitted again after two months. Received the second reviewer’s opinion after 10 months. I thought the second review would be faster and it was still necessary to make minor repairs. Submitted again, but now it has been four months, and there is no result. It took more than a year before I finally received a result in 2015-09-08.

I really don't understand. I don't think this journal is so bad, why did it get kicked out of SCIE directly? Some people, if the journal rejects them, they think the journal is good; if the journal accepts them or charges fees, they immediately think the journal is not good. Can't they improve their personal quality? Isn't it just a third or fourth-tier level journal? It shouldn't be kicked out. I really regret studying computer science. SCN has already been scrapped, and the reviewers and guest editors have stated that the acceptance has been pending for 4 months, with the status constantly in quality control. Is this journal problematic? Last year, I submitted to this journal for the first time and received minor revisions in the first round of review. After resubmission, the second round of review delayed for 6 months and then they reassigned reviewers to me. In the end, my paper got rejected. I couldn't believe that I encountered the same situation again this year. This time it took 9 months and now they are reassigning reviewers again. I'm really frustrated.
