Then the editor rejected it, and the reason for rejection was: The reviewers did not return the comments. Domestic professors are busy earning money, so let’s submit to foreign journals.

A reply was received 1 month and 1 week after submission. No referees were designated, and two referees assigned by the journal gave the review comments. Some of the opinions were not very professional, but the overall they were still pertinent. 10 days after the revision submitted, they reminded me of the formatting problem and asked me to upload the tex and pictures files. Less than 1 month later, I was formally notified of the acceptance. After more than 10 days, it was published online, and it can be retrieved in Springer in 2 days.

There were three reviewers, the first one responded in Chinese, and all three reviewers clearly stated that the content was good, and give several very small suggestions. In the end, it was rejected by the editor. Editor: Yanmin Wang. I don’t know why. Very depressed.
